PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a mass of mutually sticked noodles in an unbound state by unbinding rods.SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus for unbinding a mass of mutually sticked noodles including: a rotating shaft 12 installed in the horizontal direction in a housing 11 and a plurality of the curved unbinding rods 13 of a prescribed length protruded in the form of teeth of a comb in the two opposite directions in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 12. A cylindrical inner wall 14 having a larger diameter than the turning circle where tips 13a of the unbinding rods 13 pass and with the shaft of the rotating shaft 12 as the center is provided in the housing 11. The inner wall of the housing 11 extending from a position h at the same height as the rotating shaft 12 to the lower end of an inlet 15 is continuously formed as an unbinding surface 17 with a small clearance for the unbinding rods 13 and a preliminary unbinding surface 18 with a large clearance. The mass N of mutually sticked noodles charged from the inlet 15 into the housing 11 is fed in the counterclockwise direction by a high-speed rotating movement of the unbinding rods 13, and preliminarily unbinding on the preliminary unbinding surface 18, and a mass of mutually sticked noodles N for one meal is repetitively pushed and unbound with the unbinding rods 13 plural times near an entrance 17a of the unbinding surface 17.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】麺線塊をほぐし棒によりほぐれ性状の良い麺線とする。【解決手段】筐体11内に回転軸12が水平方向に設けられ、この回転軸12の放射方向の対向する2方向に、複数の弯曲した所定長のほぐし棒13が櫛歯状に突出されている。筐体11内には、ほぐし棒13の先端13aが通過する回転円よりも大径で、回転軸12の軸を中心とする円筒状の内壁14が設けられている。回転軸12と同じ高さ位置hから投入口15の下端に至る筐体11の内壁は、ほぐし棒13に対するクリアランスの小さいほぐし面17とクリアランスの大きな予備ほぐし面18として連続して形成されている。投入口15から筐体11内に投入された麺線塊Nは、ほぐし棒13の高速回転運動により反時計方向に送られ、予備ほぐし面18において予備的にほぐされ、ほぐし面17の入口17aの付近において、ほぐし棒13により1食分当りの麺線塊Nが複数回繰り返して突きほぐされる。【選択図】図3
