The present invention relates to a multi-emulsion cosmetic composition having a lamella liquid crystal structure, and to a method for producing the same. The lamella liquid crystal structure is formed by a liquid crystal producing emulsifier and an assisting agent. A multi-emulsion formulation cosmetic composition having a lamella liquid crystal structure according to the present invention can be produced by mixing W/O-type emulsion and O/W-type emulsion having a lamella liquid crystal structure, which are different kinds of single emulsifying-type emulsion. Moreover, the multi-emulsion formulation cosmetic composition can be produced by using a mixture instead of the O/W-type emulsion, wherein the mixture includes a large quantity of an aqueous base solution, an emulsifier, and an assisting agent and a small quantity of an oil base solution, and the additive are not emulsified. The multi-emulsion formulation cosmetic composition according to the present invention has effective components stably maintained, and has improved usability.본 발명은 라멜라 액정 구조를 가지는 다중 에멀전 제형의 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 라멜라 액정 구조는 액정 형성 유화제 및 보조제에 의하여 형성된다.본 발명의 라멜라 액정 구조를 가지는 다중 에멀전 제형의 화장료 조성물은 서로 다른 단일 유화형 에멀전인 W/O형 에멀전과 라멜라 액정 구조를 가진 O/W형 에멀전을 혼합하여 제조할 수 있다. 또한 상기 O/W형 에멀전 대신 다량의 수성베이스 용액, 유화제 및 보조제 그리고 소량의 유성베이스 용액을 포함하며 상기 첨가물들이 유화되지 않은 상태의 혼합물을 이용하여 제조할 수 있다.본 발명에 따른 다중 에멀전 제형의 화장료 조성물은 효능 성분이 안정적으로 유지되며, 사용감이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
