Provided is the use of a whey fraction comprising the whey proteins a-lactalbumin (a-LA) and casein macropeptide (CMP), wherein the weight ratio between a-LA and GMP is = 2, for the manufacture of a nutritional, dietary or pharmaceutical composition for promoting a healthy body weight.
