The present invention provides an antimicrobial composition for fish pathogenic bacteria, an additive composition for fish feed and an antioxidant composition containing the same as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, a novel strain, Lactobacillus plantarum SK3494 (KFCC11716P), is used to ferment mugwort, thereby providing the mugwort fermented product having enhanced antioxidant and antimicrobial activity than a conventional product.본 발명은 어류 병원균에 대한 항균 조성물, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 어류사료 첨가용 조성물 및 항산화 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 신규 균주인 락토바실러스 플란타럼 SK3494(KFCC11716P)을 이용하여 개똥쑥을 발효함으로써 본래보다 향상된 항산화 및 항균 활성을 갖는 개똥쑥 발효물을 제공한다.
