The flower fermentation composition prepared according to this manufacturing method combines flower and ginseng, and various polymers contained in flower and ginseng are bioconverted by lactic acid bacteria to be broken down into small molecular weight forms, so that they are absorbed more quickly and efficiently. It can be effective, and has an improved antioxidant effect and antibacterial activity against various bacteria.꽃벵이 추출물을 준비하는 단계； 상기 꽃벵이 추출물에 인삼 분말을 첨가하여 제1혼합물을 생성하는 단계； 상기 제1혼합물에 유산균을 접종하여 제2혼합물을 생성하는 단계； 상기 제2혼합물을 발효시키는 단계；를 포함하고, 상기 유산균은 Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus brevis 또는 그 혼합 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 꽃벵이 발효 조성물의 제조방법을 개시한다. 이러한 제조방법을 따라 제조된 꽃벵이 발효 조성물은 꽃벵이 및 인삼을 접목시키고, 꽃벵이 및 인삼에 함유된 다양한 고분자가 유산균에 의해 생물전환되어 분자량이 작은 형태로 분해됨으로써 체내에 좀더 빠르고 효율적으로 흡수되어 효과를 낼 수 있으며, 더욱 향상된 항산화효과 및 여러 박테리아에 대한 항균성을 가진다.
