SOLUTION: The paper diaper comprises an exterior body 20 formed to cover from the lower abdomen to the hips via the crotch region of the user an opening part 30 communicating inward/outward disposed in a prescribed area in the front/rear directions along the center in the cross direction of the exterior body 20 the absorbing pad 50 to be attached to the inner surface or outer surface of the exterior body 20 to cover the whole opening part 30 a pad fixing tape 41 disposed on both sides in the cross direction on the outer surface of the exterior body 20 to be detachably jointed to a front side part 54 on the outer surface of the absorbing pad 50 and a pad fixing tape 42 to be detachably jointed to a rear side part 55 on the outer surface of the absorbing pad 50.
