PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing concentrated coffee composition which contains a chlorogenic acid compound at a high concentration and has good flavor.SOLUTION: The method for producing concentrated coffee composition includes first roasted coffee beans having an L value of 14-20 and second roasted coffee beans having the L value of 25-40.
