PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated coffee composition which contains a high concentration of chlorogenic acid, is excellent in acidity, sweetness, and rich taste, and has superior coffee taste with reduced off-flavor.SOLUTION: The concentrated coffee composition contains the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) chlorogenic acid (B) total sugar and (C) caffeine.
