PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser composition excellent in foam quantity and foam quality and giving good rinse feeling with decreased residual feeling.SOLUTION: There is provided a skin cleanser composition comprising 0.1-30 mass% of component (A): an alkyl ether carboxylic acid or its salt represented by general formula (1) (in the formula, R1 has an average carbon number of 10.8-12.8 and n is a number having an average value of 2.5-3.4), wherein the content of n=0 component is 9.6-27 mass% and the total content of n=1 component and n=2 component is ≥20 mass% and <40 mass% and 0.1-30 mass% of component (B): a fatty acid potassium salt or alkanolamine salt represented by general formula (2).
