PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid skin cleanser composition which forms a large amount of foam, is good in foam creaminess, no creaky feeling during rinsing and no sliminess of the skin at the completion of rinsing and imparts a good moist feeling after dried with towel.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid skin cleanser composition which comprises (A) 10 to 32 mass% of a higher fatty acid salt including a lauric acid salt, a myristic acid salt and a palmitic acid salt, (B) 0.2 to 3 mass% of at least one cationic polymer selected from a dimethyldiallylammonium chloride polymer and a specific dimethyldiallylammonium chloride-acrylic acid copolymer, (C) 0.1 to 1.5 mass% of phenoxyethanol and (D) 0.1 to 2 mass% of a specific polyoxyethylene alkyl ether.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】泡の量が多く、泡のクリーミー性、すすぎ時のきしみ感のなさ、すすぎ終わり時の肌のぬるつきのなさ、及びタオルドライ後の肌のしっとり感が良好な液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物の提供。【解決手段】（Ａ）ラウリン酸塩、ミリスチン酸塩、及びパルミチン酸塩をいずれも含む高級脂肪酸塩１０質量％～３２質量％、（Ｂ）塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び特定の塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム－アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも１種のカチオン性ポリマー０．２質量％～３質量％、（Ｃ）フェノキシエタノール０．１質量％～１．５質量％、並びに（Ｄ）特定のポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル０．１質量％～２質量％を含有する液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物である。【選択図】なし
