PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition in an aqueous solution form in which a high content of low-water soluble steviol glycoside with a purity of 90% or more is dissolved without reduction in flavor and without increase in viscosity, which can be distributed in the aqueous solution form, with the content in a dissolved state being maintained for a long term, and to provide a manufacturing method of the composition.SOLUTION: A low-water soluble steviol glycoside with a purity of 90% or more and an aqueous medium are processed at high temperature and preserved in a closed vessel, so that an aqueous solution with a high content of the high-purity steviol glycoside dissolved therein can be maintained for a long term with the flavor reduction and viscosity being suppressed.【課題】 風味の低下や粘度が高まることが無く、水溶性が低い純度９０％以上のステビオール配糖体を、高濃度に溶解含有する水溶液であって、長期間、溶解含有した状態を保持でき、水溶液状態で流通できる組成物及び該組成物の製造方法を提供するものである。【解決手段】 水溶性が低い純度９０％以上のステビオール配糖体と水性媒体とを高温で処理し、密閉容器で保存することで、風味の低下や粘度が抑えられ、高純度ステビオール配糖体を高濃度に溶解含有する水溶液を長期間保持できる。【選択図】なし
