PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perilla beverage having a concentrated taste in which a perilla component of green perilla is extracted and dissolved into aqueous solution.SOLUTION: Green perilla which is cultivated in an open field, and to which dilution water of 1,000 times of agricultural chitosan is sprayed is immersed into aqueous solution containing vanadium of 30-500 μg/l and mixed with citric acid, to thereby extract a perilla component for 5-10 hours. Then, the green perilla is overturned by being agitated during extraction, and a perilla leaf is filtered with a filter cloth after extraction, to thereby obtain an extract.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】青じそのしそ成分が抽出されて水溶液中に溶解した濃厚な味わいのしそ飲料を提供する。【解決手段】路地栽培されかつ農業用キトサンの1,000倍の希釈水が噴霧された青じそを、30~500μg/lのバナジウムを含有するとともに、クエン酸を混ぜた水溶液中において浸漬してしそ成分の抽出を5~10時間行ない、その間に攪拌することで青じそをひっくり返し、抽出後にしその葉を濾布で濾過して抽出液を得る。【選択図】 図1
