An immunogenic composition comprising: a) a conjugate, which is a capsular saccharide GBS serotype Ia, conjugated to a carrier protein b) conjugate, which is a capsular saccharide GBS serotype Ib, conjugated to a carrier protein and c) a conjugate which is a capsular saccharide GBS serotype III, conjugated to a protein nositelem.2. The immunogenic composition of claim 1, wherein the total amount of GBS capsular saccharides ≤70 mkg.3. An immunogenic composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein each GBS capsular saccharide is present in an amount of from 1 to 30 micrograms per unit dozy.4. The immunogenic composition of claim 3, wherein each GBS capsular saccharide is present in an amount of 5 mg, 10 mg or 20 mg per unit dozy.5. The immunogenic composition of claim 4, wherein the amount of capsular saccharides GBS serotypes Ia, Ib and III in unit dosage corresponds to an embodiment of the dosages described in the second column of Table C.6. The immunogenic composition of claim 5, wherein the amount of capsular saccharides GBS serotypes Ia, Ib and III, per dosage unit is selected from the group consisting of 20 ug, 20 ug and 20 ug 10 ug, 10 ug and 10 ug and 5 g, 5 g and 5 mkg.7. The immunogenic composition of claim 6, wherein the amount of capsular saccharides GBS serotypes Ia, Ib and III in a unit dose of 5 micrograms, 5 micrograms and 5 mkg.8. The immunogenic composition of claim 1, wherein each GBS capsular saccharide is present in an amount of from 0.1 to 5 g per unit dozy.9. The immunogenic composition of claim 8, wherein each GBS capsular saccharide is present in an amount of 0.5, 2.5 or 5 ug per unit dozy.10. The immunogenic composition of claim 9, wherein the amount of capsular saccharides GBS serotypes Ia, Ib and III in unit dosage corresponds to an embodiment of doses1.
