PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture instrument capable of puncturing protrusions to skin reliably.SOLUTION: A puncture instrument 100 includes a substrate 11A, a microneedle 11 having protrusions 11B formed in one surface of the substrate 11A, a first support 1 fixed to the other surface of the substrate 11A, a second support 2 having an opening 21 with a size capable of inserting the substrate 11A of the microneedle 11, and a guide 22 connected to the second support 2.
