PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work implement capable of pulverizing a clod and pressing and solidifying soil firmly.SOLUTION: A work implement includes a compacting roller connected to a travel machine body and supported so as to rotate with a center line in a different direction from a travel direction of the travel machine body as a center. The compacting roller has a generally cylindrical shape including a plurality of curved faces and constituted by combining the plurality of curved faces. Each of the plurality of curved faces has a shape such that a distance from the center line to the curved face is larger on a rotation direction rear side of the compacting roller than that on the rotation direction front side of the compacting roller.
