PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form an arc-shaped embankment connecting separated embankments.SOLUTION: An embankment formation method uses an offset work machine comprising: a work part which is attached to a travel machine body and forms an embankment on a side position of the travel machine body； an offset part comprising a first rotary shaft for adjusting a work position of the work part and a second rotary shaft for adjusting a direction where the rotary shaft of the work part is extended.
