The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tapioca ball wrapped with juice therein. It mainly comprises the following steps: dropping a first material contained with flavoring material, calcium ions, water, fruit juice and alcohol into a second material so that the calcium ion composition of the first material and the sodium alginate of the second material will generate calcification reaction to form an embryo material with a calcification adhesive film layer on the surface of the first material placing the embryo material in a third material to generate an effect with the calcium ion composition of the third material to further shape the adhesive film layer soaking the product with stable structure in a fourth material with high alcohol concentration to manufacture a colorful and juicy tapioca ball with high alcohol content and springy texture.
