PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in measurement of a sharp angle of a hip joint image and to prevent an erroneous diagnosis.SOLUTION: The hip joint image in which a hip joint part is photographed from the front surface side of a human body is displayed on the monitor screen of a display part, and a reference auxiliary line passing through right and left tear drop lower ends of the hip joint image, a first oblique auxiliary line passing through the right tear drop lower end and a right acetabular outer side edge, and a second oblique auxiliary line passing through the left tear drop lower end and a left acetabular outer side edge are drawn in the order on the basis of an operation from an operation part. At the time, the drawing of the second oblique auxiliary line is permitted only in the area on the right side of the monitor screen from the first oblique auxiliary line. Then, an angle formed by the reference auxiliary line and the first oblique auxiliary line is measured as a right sharp angle, and an angle formed by the reference auxiliary line and the second oblique auxiliary line is measured as a left sharp angle.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】股関節画像のシャープ角の計測における操作性を向上させるとともに、誤診を防止する。【解決手段】股関節部を人体の前面側から撮影した股関節画像を表示部のモニタ画面に表示させ、操作部からの操作に基づいて、股関節画像の左右の涙痕下端を通る基準補助線、右涙痕下端と右臼蓋外側縁とを通る第一斜め補助線、及び、左涙痕下端と左臼蓋外側縁とを通る第二斜め補助線を順に描画する。この際、第一斜め補助線よりモニタ画面の右側の領域においてのみ第二斜め補助線の描画を許可する。そして、基準補助線と第一斜め補助線とのなす角度を右シャープ角として計測し、基準補助線と第二斜め補助線とのなす角度を左シャープ角として計測する。【選択図】図9
