PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus which is used for diagnosis for a digestive system and in which a subject is easy to keep his (her) posture when performing drive control so that a bed rises or tilts.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes a bed on which a subject is placed, a shoulder rest and a pressure control part 16. The bed is structured to rise or tilt. The shoulder rest includes a balloon which can support the shoulders of a subject.
