PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic device in which the positional relation of an X-ray irradiation source and the concerned site of a subject are constantly fixed when the top plate is tilted in the X-ray diagnostic device in which the top plate for mounting the subject is tilted with respect to an X-ray system.SOLUTION: By detecting the tilt angle of the top plate 1 when it is tilted, a control part 4 calculates a correction value according to the tilt angle. By performing movement in the longitudinal direction and vertical direction of the top plate 1 while synchronizing the tilting of the top plate 1 based on the correction value, the concerned site Q of the subject is given the correction of positional deviation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 被検体を載置する天板がX線系に対して起倒移動を行うX線診断装置において、前記天板が起倒移動を行う際に、X線照射源と被検体の関心部位の位置関係が、常に変化することのないX線診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】 天板1の起倒動作時に、その起倒角度を検出することで、制御部4において、該起倒角度に応じた補正値を算出する。該補正値に基づき、前記天板1の起倒移動に同期しながら、前記天板1の長手方向及び上下方向に関する移動を行うことで、被検体の関心部位Qの位置ズレ補正を行う。
