The present invention relates to a defecation device having an elastically rotatable handle. According to the present invention, the defecation device includes: a defecation plate which has multiple blocks protruding in a matrix structure and a defecation path formed therebetween； a defecator which stores the defecation substances at one side of the defecation plate； an upstanding unit which is mounted on the opposite side wall of the defecation plate facing the defecator in an upstanding form at one side of the defecation plate； and a handle which is bent in an inward direction of the defecation plate from an end of the upstanding unit and has an elastic bending unit chamfered to band a bending part in an upwardly convex and round shape. According to the present invention, the defecation device with the elastically rotatable handle can easily move the defecation substances temporally stored in the defecation plate to the defecator mounted on the side of the defecation plate by using the handle while ensuring convenience and simplicity of defecation treatment and cleaning.본 발명에 따른 탄성 회동되는 손잡이를 구비한 배변 장치는, 행렬 구조로 돌출 형성된 복수 개의 블록과 상기 블록 사이에 형성된 배변로를 구비한 배변판 및, 상기 배변판의 일 측에 배변을 수용하는 배변 받이를 구비한 배변 장치에 있어서, 상기 배변 받이의 대향 측인 상기 배변판 측벽 일 측에 장착된 것으로서, 상기 배변판의 측벽 일 측에서 기립된 기립부와, 상기 기립부의 단부에서 상기 배변판의 내측 방향으로 절곡된 것으로, 절곡 부위가 위로 볼록하게 라운딩지도록 챔퍼(chamfer) 처리된 탄성 절곡부를 구비한 손잡이；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 탄성 회동되는 손잡이를 구비한 배변 장치에 의하면, 배변판의 손잡이는 배변판의 일 측에 장착된 배변 받이로 배변판 내 임시 수용한 배변의 이동을 용이하게 제공하면서 배변 처리 및 청소의 편리함과 간편함을 보장할 수 있다는 효과를 가진다.
