PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated spring generating device capable of efficiently generating a carbonated spring without increasing the water pressure.SOLUTION: The carbonated spring generating device has an air-bubble dissolving path 12 through which water having carbon dioxide bubbles mixed therein flows. The air-bubble dissolving path 12 has at least one constricted section 14 that divides the carbon dioxide bubbles, and a pressure holding section 16 that maintains the water pressure in the output side end of the air-bubble dissolving path 12 at the water pressure of inside the air-bubble dissolving path 12.
