PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the problem that it is necessary to hold drinkable water at low temperature to charge carbon dioxide therein under high pressure in order to efficiently charge gas when producing soda water to drink, and thereby it costs much for cooling and pressurizing.SOLUTION: Soda water is produced by: a process for producing mixed water in which water is blended with carbon dioxide and a process for making the mixed water pass through voids, each of which has a shape where a diameter of an inscribed circle at a cross-section perpendicular to a mixed water supplying direction is 1 mm or below. To make the mixed water pass through narrow slits promotes dissolution of carbon dioxide, and thereby producing soda water having sufficient carbonic acid concentration under ordinary temperature and ordinary pressure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】炭酸飲料水を作成する際、効率よくガスを封入するためには、飲料水を低温に保持し、高圧下で二酸化炭素を封入しなければならず、冷却および加圧に多大な費用がかかっていた。【解決手段】 水と二酸化炭素とを混合した混合水を生成する工程と、前記混合水を、該混合水の供給方向に直交する断面における内接円の直径が1mm以下となる形状の空隙に通過させる工程によって炭酸水を生成する。このように混合水を狭いスリットを透過させることにより二酸化炭素の溶解を促進し、常温常圧下で十分な炭酸濃度をもつ炭酸水を生成できる。【選択図】図1
