PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonate spring generation device capable of efficiently generating a carbonate spring without increasing water pressure.SOLUTION: A carbonate spring generation device includes a bubble dissolved flow channel 12 in which water mixed with carbon dioxide bubbles flows. The bubble dissolved flow channel 12 includes: at least one contraction part 14 for dividing a carbon dioxide bubble and a pressure keeping part 16 for keeping pressure in the bubble dissolved flow channel 12 at the output side end of the bubble dissolved flow channel 12. An effective diameter of the bubble dissolved flow channel 12 is determined so that viscous resistance R of a bubble in water flowing, at a flow rate v, in the bubble dissolved flow channel 12 is equal to or larger than buoyant force F of a carbon dioxide bubble in the case that a diameter of the carbon dioxide bubble is a maximum diameter D which is the effective diameter.
