PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired scan trajectory by enabling uniform vibration of an optical fiber.SOLUTION: An optical fiber scanner 1 includes: an optical fiber 6 guiding light a plurality of vibration generating units 10 arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the optical fiber 6 at positions having prescribed intervals to the base end side from an ejection end 6b of the optical fiber 6 at equal intervals in a circumferential direction, and vibrating the ejection end 6b of the optical fiber 6 in a plurality of directions and a vibration damping member 8 arranged on any position between the end part of the base end side of at least the vibration generating part 10 and the ejection end 6b of the optical fiber 6.
