Device for exercising in a laying down position on a stand with an upper surface having a shape following the body shape. The device has a headrest, a neck rest, and a bottom area. For shoulder and hip joints the upper surface is designed with declining surfaces in the direction from the longitudinal axis of the base towards the edges of the base, and from the central area of the base towards each end of the base. The device may comprise means for fixing the base into a water reservoir, preferably near the water level. Device enables the user to move hands and legs safely and without surface-resistance, with the back in a maximum relaxed position, on the back or on the belly, including in water and also to take relaxation sessions which have a positive influence on ones health.
