PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device 1 which can be disposed in a narrow space and achieve excellent heat radiation characteristic.SOLUTION: The imaging device 1 includes: an imaging element chip 10 having a joint terminal 12 connected to an imaging part 11 at a rear face 10SB; a cable 40 having a conductor 41 connected to the imaging part 11; and a wiring board 30 having a joint electrode 31 formed at a central part 30M and joined to the joint terminal 12, a terminal electrode 32 formed on extension parts 30S1 and 30S2 and joined to the conductor 41, wiring 33 connecting the joint electrode 31 and the terminal electrode 32 to each other, and a heat transfer pattern 35 formed in an area where the joint electrode 31, the terminal electrode 32 and the wiring 33 are not formed, which is disposed in a projection plane of the imaging element chip 10 by bending the extension parts 30S1 and 30S2.
