PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot pressure measuring device and foot pressure measuring method for measuring foot pressure during walking in real time, indicating a foot pressure change as a signal and displaying load changes at each portion of a sole.SOLUTION: A foot pressure measuring device comprises: foot pressure detection parts 21 and 22 that include insoles 11 and 12 which are placed in shoes used for walking and a load sensor which is arranged dispersively in a range from heels to toes of the insoles 11 and 12； electrial parts 25 and 26 that are connected to the foot pressure detection parts 21 and 22 by a wire 23 and use a transmitter to transmit a radio transmission signal which is changed from load information having a digital signal converted from an analog signal to be output from the load sensor during walk； and a monitor part 29 that uses a received signal after a receiver receives the transmission signal to obtain time changes in load values to be added to multiple specific portions preset within the insoles 11 and 12, displays the time changes as load changes of a sole and generates a signal whenever the load values reache preset values.
