PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous cosmetic which absorbs a sebum secreted from a skin and emits a cosmetic component existing in the cosmetic, with time lapse, after being coated to a skin of a user, and which can maintain effects of the cosmetic, for a long term.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous cosmetic comprising dispersed hydrophobic metal oxide aerogel fine particles whose average particle diameter is 1-30 μm and M value is 20-60, in which, the pore volume of the hydrophobic metal oxide aerogel fine particles is 0.5-8 ml/g, and a peak value of the pore radius of the hydrophobic metal oxide aerogel fine particles is 10-40 nm, a specific surface area of the hydrophobic metal oxide aerogel fine particles is 350-1000 m2/g, and the aerogel fine particles are preferably silica and sphericity of the aerogel fine particles is 0.8 or greater.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 肌に塗布後、時間の経過と共に肌から分泌される皮脂を吸収すると共に存在する化粧料成分を放出し、化粧料の効果を長時間にわたって維持することが可能な水系化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】 平均粒子径１～３０μｍ、Ｍ値が２０～６０の疎水化金属酸化物エアロゲル粉体を分散して含有した水系化粧料であり、前記疎水化金属酸化物エアロゲル粉体の細孔容積が０．５～８ｍｌ／ｇ、細孔半径のピーク値が１０～４０ｎｍ、比表面積が３５０～１０００ｍ２／ｇであることが、また、シリカであり、更に、真球度が０．８以上の球状であることが好ましい。【選択図】 なし
