PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed tray food production method by which work is efficiently performed without being interrupted.SOLUTION: A plurality of food packaging trays 1 is integrally formed by using a resin, each tray 1 of a tray unit U is filled with a food 2, the tray unit U is fed to a cap seal station 5 at a fixed interval, a cap material 13 made of a thermoplastic resin film supplied from a cap supply roll 11 is thermally fused on the tray unit U by a heat sealer 12 and sealed and packaged for each tray 1, then the cap material 13 is cut off for each tray unit U, the tray unit U with the cut-off cap material 13 is fed to a punching station 7 by suction transfer means, each of the tray unit U with cap material 13 is punched by a punching blade device 8, punching chips of each tray unit U with cap material 13 are discharged outside the punching station 7 by punching chip discharge means, and a punched sealed tray food F is taken out by suction taking-out means.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】作業を中断することなく能率良く行える密封トレー食品製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数の食品包装用トレー1を樹脂で一体成形しトレーユニットUの各トレー1に食品2を充填し、トレーユニットUを一定間隔で蓋シールステーション5へ送り、蓋材供給ロール11より供給される熱可塑性樹脂フィルムからなる蓋材13をヒートシーラー12によりトレーユニットU上に熱融着して各トレー1毎に密封包装した後、蓋材13をトレーユニットU毎に切断して切り離し、切り離した蓋材13付きトレーユニットUを吸着移送手段で打ち抜きステーション7に送り、そこで各蓋材13付きトレーユニットUを抜刃型装置8によって打ち抜き、各蓋材13付きトレーユニットUの打ち抜きカスを打ち抜きカス排出手段で打ち抜きステーション7の外へ排出し、打ち抜いた密封トレー食品Fを吸着取り出し手段によって取り出す。【選択図】図1
