Disclosed is a device for capturing foreign matter in a blood vessel, comprising a micro-guide wire A (3) and a micro-guide wire B (4), wherein the micro-guide wire A (3) is magnetic, the micro-guide wire B (4) is ferromagnetic, but is not magnetic itself, and the micro-guide wire A (3) and the micro-guide wire B (4) are matched to form a capturing device.
