The device (1) has a miniaturized film camera i.e. CCD camera (2), that allows invasive detection associated with an image processing unit. A focusing lens (3) is arranged for focusing a radiation coming from an emission unit (3b), where the focusing of the radiation is superimposed on a frame of a field of view. A detection unit (4) is arranged for detection of a part of a beam output from the radiation emitted by a tissue excited by the radiation coming from the emission unit. A nuclear radiation detection unit (5) is arranged for detection of another type of radiation. An independent claim is also included for a system for detection and intraoperative visualization of a component within a tissue.La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de détection et de visualisation peropératoire (1) d'au moins un composant au sein d'un tissus, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend au moins : - un appareil de prise de vue miniaturisé (2) pour autoriser une détection invasive associé à une unité d'enregistrement, - un objectif de focalisation (3) d'un rayonnement provenant d'un moyen d'émission (3b), la focalisation étant superposée au cadre de la prise de vue, - un moyen de détection (4) d'au moins une partie du faisceau issu du rayonnement émis et réfléchi sur un tissu, et - un autre moyen de détection (5, 6) d'au moins un autre type de rayonnement.
