The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a metallic filter for a liquid medicine which is used for a syringe and, more specifically, relates to a method of manufacturing a metallic filter for a liquid medicine used for a syringe, aiming to improve a filtering performance and have high safety. According to the present invention, the method includes: a) a step of mixing metallic powder and a molding lubricant and forming a mixture； b) a step of charging a mold with the mixture, applying molding pressure, and forming a molded object； c) a step of sintering the mold object and forming a sintered object； and d) a step of vacuum-heat-treating the sintered object and forming a metallic filter.본 발명은 주사기기용 주사액 금속필터의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 필터력이 향상되며, 안전성이 높은 주사기기용 주사액 금속필터의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 주사기기용 주사액 금속필터의 제조방법에 있어서, a) 금속분말과 성형윤활제를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계； b) 상기 혼합물을 성형틀에 장입하고 성형압력을 가해 성형체를 형성하는 단계； c) 상기 성형체를 소결하여 소결체를 형성하는 단계； 및 d) 상기 소결체를 진공 열처리하여 금속필터를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 주사기기용 주사액 금속필터의 제조방법을 제공한다.
