The present invention relates to a safety syringe with a filter (100), capable of filtering pieces of an ample flowing into the syringe through a needle when an injection liquid of the ample is filled in the syringe and preventing the pieces from flowing into a human body. The safety syringe with a filter includes: a cylinder (1) having a needle joining part (1a) a plunger (2) inserted into the cylinder to be moved back and forth and a filter filtering foreign substances included in the injection liquid inside the needle joining part. The filter (100) includes: a body part (110) having a rear opening (111) to be inserted into the needle joining part to be moved back and forth a filtering plate (120) attached to the rear opening of the body part to filter out foreign substances included in the injection liquid and a gasket (130) adhering to the front side of the body part and providing an injection liquid discharge passage by being opened by the rising internal pressure when the injection liquid flows into the body part. A support member (200) for supporting the filter not to escape from the needle joining part during the backward movement of the cylinder is provided in the rear side of the filter.
