The present invention relates to a device for activating an injection liquid comprising: a housing in which a cylinder of a syringe is inserted a cylinder insertion unit which is placed on one side of the housing and has the cylinder of the syringe inserted and a syringe needle discharging unit which is placed on the other side of the housing, and through which a syringe needle of the syringe is discharged. The housing comprises: a magnet unit which is placed on an inner side surface of the housing and an ultrasonic generator which is placed on the inner side surface of the housing, away from the magnet unit at a predetermined distance.
