The safety filter syringe comprises: a cylinder in which a syringe needle is coupled at the front； a filter unit installed in the cylinder and including a first path in which an injection liquid flows into the cylinder through the syringe needle, and a second path which does not overlap with the first path and in which the injection liquid is discharged from the cylinder； and a piston in which a coupling axis member coupled with the filter unit is formed at the front, which moves forward or backward while at least part is inserted in the cylinder and which introduces the injection liquid to the inside of the cylinder or discharges the injection liquid to the outside of the cylinder.안전 필터 주사기를 제공한다. 안전 필터 주사기는 전방에 주사바늘이 결합되는 실린더； 실린더 내부에 설치되어 주사바늘을 통해 실린더 내부로 주사액이 유입되는 제1 경로 및 상기 제1 경로와 겹치지 않고, 실린더로부터 상기 주사액이 배출되는 제2 경로를 포함하는 필터부 및 필터부와 결합 가능한 결합축부재가 전방에 형성되고, 실린더 내부에 적어도 일부가 삽입된 상태로 전방 또는 후방으로 이동하여 주사액을 실린더 내부로 유입시키거나 상기 실린더 외부로 배출시키는 피스톤을 포함한다.
