Disclosed are a syringe filter structure and a syringe having the same. The syringe filter structure according to the present invention filters a discharged syringe liquid fed in a rear side through a syringe needle coupled with a front side of a cylinder, and comprises: a filter unit installed between the cylinder and the syringe needle, connected with the syringe needle, having a first fluid path formed in one side to feed the syringe liquid, and having a second fluid path formed in the other side to discharge the syringe liquid from the cylinder； a cylindrical filter holder having an accommodation part formed therein to accommodate the filter unit, in which the syringe needle is coupled with a front side of the accommodation part, the cylinder is coupled with a rear side of the accommodation part, the first fluid path is formed on one side of the accommodation part by the filter unit, and the second fluid path is formed on the other side of the accommodation part； and a stopper having a first protrusion part formed on the outer surface thereof and inserted into a first groove part formed on the cylinder, so the filter unit and the filter holder are not pushed toward the rear side of the cylinder. An injection procedure is convenient, and glass particles of an ampoule are not fed into a patient.주사기용 필터 구조체 및 이를 구비한 주사기가 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 주사기용 필터 구조체는 실린더의 전방에 결합된 주사바늘을 통해 후방으로 유입된 주사액을 배출시킬 때 필터링하기 위한 주사기용 필터 구조체로서, 상기 실린더와 상기 주사바늘 사이에 설치되고 상기 주사바늘과 연결되며, 일측에는 상기 주사액이 유입되는 제1유체경로가 형성되고, 타측에는 상기 실린더로부터 상기 주사액이 배출되는 제2유체경로가 형성된 필터부； 상기 필터부가 수용되는 수용부가 내부에 마련되고, 상기 수용부의 전방에는 상기 주사바늘이 결합되고, 상기 수용부의 후방에는 상기 실린더가 결합되며, 상기 필터부에 의해 상기 수용부의 일측에는 상기 제1 유체 경로가 형성되고, 상기 수용부의 타측에는 상기 제2 유체 경로가 형성된 통 형상의 필터홀더； 및 상기 필터부와 상기 필터홀더가 상기 실린더 후방으로 밀리지 않도록 외면에 형성된 제1돌출부가 상기 실린더에 형성된 제1홈부에 삽입되어 조립된 스톱퍼；를 포함한다.
