PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk motor capable of suppressing rise in a temperature of a coil substrate of a rotor while suppressing a thickness of the rotor, and to provide an electric working machine having the disk motor.SOLUTION: A rotor of a disk motor is configured by laminating a plurality of coil substrates on which coil patterns are printed. Among these coil substrates, with respect to coil substrates 40Aa and 40Af provided at both ends in a lamination direction and having a relatively good heat radiation efficiency, coils are electrically connected in series.
