The present invention relates to a novel triazolopyrazine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； to a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient for inhibiting c-Met tyrosine kinase activity； and to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or alleviating a hyper-proliferative disorder. The present invention efficiently inhibits c-Met tyrosine kinase activity, and thus can be useful as a therapeutic agent against various hyper-proliferative disorders associated with excessive cellular proliferation and growth due to abnormal kinase activity, for example, cancer, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, or diabetic retinopathy.La présente invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de triazolopyrazine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci； une composition pharmaceutique contenant celui-ci en tant que substance active pour inhiber l'activité de c-Met tyrosine kinase； et une composition pharmaceutique pour prévenir ou atténuer un trouble hyperprolifératif. La présente invention permet d'inhiber efficacement l'activité de c-Met tyrosine kinase, et peut donc être utile en tant qu'agent thérapeutique pour lutter contre différents troubles hyperprolifératifs associés à une prolifération et une croissance cellulaire excessives dues à une activité de kinase anormale, par exemple, un cancer, le psoriasis, la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, ou la rétinopathie diabétique.본 발명은 신규한 트리아졸로 피라진 유도체 또는 이의 약제학적 허용 가능한 염, 이들을 유효성분으로 포함하는 c-Met 티로신 키나아제 활성 억제용 약제학적 조성물 및 이상증식성 질환 (hyper proliferative disorder)의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 c-Met 티로신 키나아제의 활성을 효율적으로 억제함으로써 비정상적인 키나제의 활성으로 인한 과도한 세포 증식 및 성장과 관련된 다양한 이상증식성 질환, 예를 들어 암, 건선, 류마티스 관절염, 당뇨병성 망막증 등의 치료제로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
