The method for manufacturing a stent uses a jig having a plurality of rows and columns, and having a fixing pin provided to be detached at an intersection where the rows and columns cross each other, and manufactures a stent by winding a wire along an outer circumferential surface of the jig which defines, as L, a distance between intersections adjacent in a diagonal direction on the jig. The method for manufacturing a stent comprises: a first stent manufacturing step of manufacturing a first stent by bending and moving a first wire to a direction of one end from the other end of the jig after bending and moving the first wire to a direction of the other end from one end of the jig in a zigzag shape； and a second stent manufacturing step of manufacturing a second stent by bending and moving a second wire to the direction of one end from the other end of the jig after bending and moving the first wire to the direction of the other end from one end of the jig in a zigzag shape, and coupling the second stent to the first stent such that the first stent and the second stent have a form of a coupled single stent. In the first stent manufacturing step, the first stent includes a main body unit, and a head unit extended and formed on one end of the main body unit, and a plurality of first hooks which are made by weaving peaks and valleys in a ring form are formed on the main body unit.
