PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information useful for laser treatment of a patients eye.SOLUTION: An ocular fundus laser photocoagulator includes: an irradiation optical system having a treatment laser source and deflection means for deflecting a laser beam emitted from the treatment laser source to the oculus fundus Ef of a patients eye irradiation position acquisition means for acquiring irradiation position information on a treatment laser beam for the oculus fundus of the patients eye based on an OCT image of the oculus fundus of the patients eye taken by an optical coherence tomographic device before the laser beam is irradiated and laser control means for irradiating the laser beam to the oculus fundus of the patients eye based on the irradiation position information acquired by the irradiation position acquisition means by controlling operations of the laser source and the deflection means.
