[Problem] To provide an ultraviolet irradiation device for removing implant organic contaminants by using ultraviolet rays. In the ultraviolet irradiation device for an implant, when the illuminance of an ultraviolet lamp is monitored and a case is hermetically maintained to minimize damage of a light receiving part of an ultraviolet sensor caused by ultraviolet rays. [Solution] The ultraviolet irradiation device for an implant comprises: the ultraviolet lamp disposed in the case and a carriage for carrying an implant holder in and out of the case, wherein a cable for the light receiving part of the ultraviolet sensor disposed in the case is detachably connected to a wall of the case, a connector to which a cable for a main body of the ultraviolet sensor is detachably connected is disposed outside the case and a barrier wall is disposed between the connector and the ultraviolet lamp to block ultraviolet rays.
