The present invention provides a powdery solid cosmetic for hair of an entirely unprecedented, novel form which makes it possible to perform hairdressing easily, does not feel sticky, enables hairdressing to a desired hairstyle, and makes it possible to impart a natural texture. The powdery solid composition for hair pertaining to the present invention is a powdery solid, is used for hair, and contains: a first powder, which is at least one type of silicic acid anhydride and hydrophobized silicic acid anhydride an oil, which is at least one type of fatty acid ester oil and silicone oil and a second powder, which is a powder other than the first powder.
