The present invention relates to a visual learning management system for communication training for multiple-handicapped persons for generating and serving content adopting non-verbal visual-communicative expression techniques in order to induce learning motivation and solve difficulties in communication between special education teachers and multiple-handicapped persons suffering from difficulty in expressing intentions and feelings because of autism, a language developmental disorder, an intellectual disability, etc.
