PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental intraoral X-ray photographing apparatus in which a mechanism related to rotational movement is simplified.SOLUTION: A dental intraoral X-ray photographing apparatus 1 includes a light receiving part 11 having an X-ray imaging device or an X-ray film, a photographing aid 50 having a retention part 55 and a rotary shaft 53, and a grip 30. The light receiving part 11 is rotatable around the rotary shaft 53, and is attached to the rotary shaft in such a state that a first angle formed with the retention part 55 is changeable. A connection part 53a to which the light receiving part 11 is attached in the rotary shaft 53 is provided on a part to be inserted into an oral cavity of the retention part 55 during photographing using an X-ray device including an X-ray source, and an energizing member is provided so as to give such energizing force that the light receiving surface of the X-ray imaging device of the light receiving part 11 attached to the connection part 53a approaches the retention part 55.
