The present invention relates to a method for producing a deodorizer. To this end, the method for producing the deodorizer comprises the following steps: (a) accommodating purified water in a stirrer； (b) adding sodium chlorite into the stirrer to mix the purified water with sodium chlorite； (c) mixing maleic anhydride with sodium hydroxide； (d) adding a solution obtained by mixing maleic anhydride and sodium hydroxide to the stirrer in which the purified water and sodium chlorite are mixed； and (e) filling the stirrer with purified water again and then stirring the same.
