To provide a method for producing carp extract whose efficacy is more enhanced by improving a carp essence-extracting technique: and to provide carp extract supplement as novel health food which is not obtained only from the carp extract, eliminates active oxygen and toxin and the like in the body and inhibits generation of flecks or wrinkles caused by influence of ultraviolet.

SOLUTION: The method for producing carp extract comprises: a process (A) for soaking 1 kg of one carp fish body in 1.8 L of Japanese Sake (pure rice wine called Junmaishu) a process B for boiling the fish body for 4 hours by low HEAT a process C for naturally cooling it for 1 hour a process D for boiling it again for 4 hours with low HEAT a process E for removing the carp fish body from the Japanese Sake a process F for straining and a process G for boiling up the mixture so that the weight of the mixture including the 1 kg of the carp fish body soaked in 1.8 L of Japanese Sake becomes 400 g while removing scums. The carp extract supplement mainly contains the carp extract produced by the method, and fine sesame oil, and is obtained by mixing at least fermented black garlic powder, black ginger powder, curcuma, beeswax and a glycerol fatty acid ester at a prescribed ratio and charging a food capsule with the mixture.
