PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable electrostimulator applying electrostimulation to an optimum human body region according to the personal difference by attaching the apparatus without depending on a medical specialist when the apparatus is re-attached.SOLUTION: The wearable electrostimulator includes: an electrostimulation part (20) including an electrode part (21) for detecting muscular contraction of a stimulated position (SP) of the human body (B) to be stimulated and a control part (25) for controlling electrostimulation signals (S) to be output to the electrode part (21) and a wearing part (30) to be attached to the human body (B) together with the electrostimulation part (20).
