A micro light-stimulation system comprises a micro stimulator adapted for implantation in an human body tissue, and an external device. The micro stimulator includes a main body, an extension cord, a light stimulating probe and a probe temperature sensor. The main body comprises a communicating sensor chip. The communicating sensor chip comprises a chip temperature sensor and a first induction coil disposed therein, to support the functions of inductive coupling, power supply and temperature sensing. The extension cord is provided for the light stimulating probe to be deeply extended to a treated position in the human body tissue. The light stimulating probe has a light guide plate array and a light-emitting diode array for multivariate light stimulating functions. The probe temperature sensor is disposed next to the light stimulating probe for sensing the temperature of the light stimulating probe to achieve the purpose of security. The external device includes a magnetic conductive sheet and a second induction coil.
