FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely systems for percutaneous stimulation of a human body nerve. The system comprises a device accommodating at least one stimulating electrode and at least one reference electrode. The electrodes are connected to a control unit which generates electric current thereto. At least one stimulating electrode and at least one reference electrode are mounted in the body or on the body to be arranged near a human ear, in a human ear or behind a human ear. To improve the system performance, the invention provides the system also comprising a programmer which is used to determine a characteristics of at least one stimulation parameter (I,U,t,f) for nerve stimulation. The device comprises a programmed control element with a storage element connected with the control unit and storing the program describing the characteristics of at least one stimulation parameter (I,U,t,f). Between the programmer and the control element, there is at least one time communication connection for transfer of data, particularly, stimulation parameter (I,U,t,f) data. The device also comprises a first supply battery, particularly for the control unit. For charging of at least the first battery, the system comprises a charger. The device and/or the charger is provided with means to prevent stimulating current generation in the electrodes of the device when the device is found in the charger. These means are actuated automatically by placing the device into the charger so that the stimulating current is prevented from flowing while the device is found in the charger.EFFECT: use of the invention enables downsizing the construction to eliminate a stigmatisation effect ensured by the use of the battery and the charger used to charge the battery, as well as higher degree of patient's protection due to the use of the means preventing current generation on the electrodes during charging.16 cl, 2 dwgИзобретение относится к медицинской техни
